    Need $25 gift card code


    I was gifted a bundle for Christmas and it included an xbox one s

    Battlefield 1 special edition, a 3 month subscription to xbox live gold,

    and a 25$ Microsoft store gift card. I was never given the gift card's

    25 digit number and I need it now. I am unable to find any information

    about it, and I know I have a special case. My dad purchased it from the Microsoft website.

    Xbox Live card (3 Months) for a $25 dollar gift card

    The other day I accidentally bought an Xbox Live card that is worth $25 or for 3 Months. I originally wanted to buy a gift card to the store for $25, but I had not noticed until I entered that code. I haven't used the code yet, and I was wondering if I could
    trade this Gold card for a $25 gift card for the Microsoft store.

    You would need to contact customer support for Microsoftstore.com since that is a physical bundle and not a purchase from Xbox

    Gift cards are distributed by third parties who are responsible for their successful implementation, you need to contact the company on the card

    It's a 25 digit code correct? Please do not post the code to the form

    I did this and all the options I had was for a digital or physical Visa card and neither of those have a 25 character code that can be redeemed on Xbox

    That is correct. What you would have redeemed from the vault is a prepaid Visa card, not an Xbox gift card.
    Yes and the instructions provided by Xbox state you can redeem for a visa card or redeem a 25 digit code on the Xbox Store and at no time is there an option for a 25 digit code. The instructions need to be change
