In this case, it would be best to ensure that the information for the account is correct and does line up exactly to the information seen for both consoles.

What occurs on the Xbox 360 console is that of an offline account being created that does not have a link to our services, but this same account can be signed in when the console is connected to the home network which will then connect it to our service
giving the account its own identity.

What may be happening is that the Xbox 360 is recognizing this change, and it would be best to
remove the profile and then restart the console by pressing/tapping the power and then unplugging
it.

After waiting about 2 minutes, turn the console back on and sign into or download the profile to sign in and attempt to then access Netflix.
