NCAA 14 uniform store re-enabled would be a blessing

Since it's an old game, it's unlikely that a uniform pack will be available again, especially on a platform that is no longer supported by Microsoft. It also depends on the willingness of EA Sports, but I don't think you'll be able to get that pack.

Did you purchase the game from the store or second hand?

Would it help if bought another one which most likely would be a pre-owned game I would probably run into the same problem.

I purchased the game when it came out. Hadnt played it in a long time because its been sitting at my friends house for years. He doesnt play NCAA. But i am however using a different xbox 360 console. I had a white one now i have the black one. Only
his profile is on the memory unit.

If they were purchased under a profile you don't have access too, i.e. one that isn't yours, then being able to use that content is most likely going to be impossible. If the account that bought the content was yours, you would need to recover it to some
degree most likely using the account recovery tool.

If the account didn't belong to you, you'll have to purchase the content again from the Microsoft Store if it hasn't yet been delisted due to the age of the game and the relative discontinuation of the NCAA video game series.
