NBA 2k25 Repeatedly crashing in the REC on my xbox series X

Hi, for a while I can not play REC on my xbox series x on NBA 2k25 as I constantly freeze and dashboard during gameplay. It is frustrating as it happens multiple times, in a single session and I get banned for things I can not control. Sometimes the process is accompanied by the xbox light on the console blinking twice, and other times not at all. This is very frustrating as I have this problem on other titles as well, but it is very random. Games such as Valorant and MLB the show do not crash or dashboard AT ALL, while games such as 2k25, fragpunk, and Madden/FIFA go to dashboard and freeze constantly during gameplay.

I have tried lowering the graphics all the way down to 720p, no positive results.

I have attempted to clear the reserve space of such games, no change in activity.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall such games that crash, no changes.

I have proceeded with disassembling my console and cleaning the vents with pressurized air, nothing changed.

I have moved my console to a breathable area, with more than 4-6 inches of room on each side.

I have implemented a wired connection and indeed have a brand new router, no positive results.

I have hard reset my console, pulled the power cord for thirty seconds, held the power button down, and did many versions of resetting the console to give it a break with no positive changes.

I have cleared my alternate Mac address and persistent storage with no positive changes to follow.

I have turned off allow YCC, and AUTO HDR with no positive changes.

I have switched from playing on a monitor to a TV when I play specific games with no positive changes.

I have given my console brand new cables, nothing has changed.

I have downloaded the newest software updates in the xbox preview app, this has not made the issue better.

I have played with multiple different controllers plugged and unplugged from the console while playing with no headset to minimize specific inputs. No changes seen.

I have updated my software numerous times and nothing has changed.

Every video and article on the internet claims that each of these listed solutions will fix the problem, but that is hardly ever the case. I am very dissatisfied as I have been a paying and loyal customer for years. My friend and I both bought series x's off the launch from the same place and he has not had ONE issue in resemblance to mine, thus making my console almost implayable at times. I have been dealing with this issue periodically for quite a while, and NOTHING has presented as a viable method to fix the issue.

Microsoft, before you tell me the "turn it on and off" do us all a favor and figure this out man. Because I am not the only customer who has this issue.
