NBA 2K24 disc for my console will not even install error code 0x87e10013

No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

The "One" and "Series" are the console types.

Do you have an Xbox One or a Series X? Those are 2 different consoles. If the disc you bought is only for the Series S/X, it will not work on an Xbox One.

I can see that you are having trouble with your NBA 2K24 Pro Pass. Please try the following steps to fix the error code:



- Make sure your console is connected to the internet and has the latest system update.

- Go to Settings > Account > Payment & billing and verify that your payment method is valid and up to date.

- Go to My games & apps > Full library > All owned games and find NBA 2K24. Press the Menu button on your controller and select Manage game & add-ons.

- Find the Pro Pass in the Ready to install section and select Install all. Wait for the installation to complete and restart the game.

- If the issue persists, go to Settings > System > Console info and select Reset console. Choose Reset and keep my games & apps. This will not delete your games or save data, but it will clear any corrupted files or cache that may be causing the error.
