NBA 2k20 for my XBox pls help

Hello everyone,

When I got my Xbox one s. it came with NBA 2k20 as a bundle, including free game pass and stuff. All was well till my Xbox broke because of my brother. Then I got a Xbox one x, and I used the same Microsoft account. However, I still couldn't get NBA 2k20. Is there any way I can get it back?

Hi MeherBurugula, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

We need to locate the license for NBA 2k20, to do so kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate the redemption transaction for the game.

If you can't see the transaction please check other Microsoft account that you have because without the transaction for the game we can't validate the license and you will be needing to re-purchase it.

I cannot see it. I bought my past Xbox from London Drugs with 2k so I don't think I would be ale to see it.

I bought 75k vc for nba 2k19 by accident was supposed to be for 2k20 I dont have 2k19 I want the 75k vc sent to my nba 2k20

I'm the same! I purchased NBA 2K20 Legend Edition game (with disc). I've redeemed the code in Microsoft, and I can see NBA 2K20 Legend Edition Bonus in my Order History as redeemd, but cant find it on the XboX
