NBA 2K18 download content issue

Re installed NBA 2K18 on xbox one. It downloaded and updated content fine. Started game and it stops on a screen that says “downloading content, press A to continue”. It sits like that for hours. Cant press A. Have tried deleting game and reinstalling.
Doesnt help.

nba 2k18 worked with the offline download but nba 2k14 didn’t and the same with nascar heat 2 and no i cant install them on another console

NBA 2K18 Pre-order bonuses are not sent out, and are automatically unlocked in the digital versions of the game. For a list of content you should expect to receive, please visit

2K's Pre-order bonus page. Be sure to also check NBA 2K18's 'Ready to install' within the game's 'Manage game' screen just in case there are other items that need to be downloaded. Keep in mind that you must log-in to the game once a week to receive the
weekly MyTeam packs.

Hi, I presume it’s a disc based game? Please read the below link for troubleshooting steps. The 1st step helps when installs sto at or are near 0%. Let us know how you get on.
