Valid Code Not Working

Hello,

Earlier today, I bought a code for 35,000 VC for NBA 2k17 on Amazon. Link: https://www.amazon.com/NBA-2K16-Xbox-Digital-Code/dp/B015TDFFIE?th=1

After I got the code, I went onto my Xbox, redeemed the code, and it said that the code was valid, and that I would receive my 35,000 VC. So I go onto 2k17, and the VC isn't there. I figured that was normal, so I gave it about an hour and a half. I went
back into the game, and my VC total was still at around 2,000. Please help.

Same I have not revived my pre order content for NBA 2k17 after playin 99.99 for its crazy I don't understand

In-game content for NBA 2k17 is added automatically. You should see your VC in the top right of your screen and to access the additional content such as jerseys, be sure you're creating your "My player" character.

Let us know if that helps or if you need additional information.

 

I knew that it was supposed to be added automatically after the purchase, and I still didn't get anything on my account. I've already been though some mycareer and myteam and nothing has showed up.

 

Does the cover art for Nba2k17 change from PG13 to Kobe at some point? Kind of mad I didn't get all the perks.

 

When I talked to tech he said i was to get a code but still no response when and how do they contact me??????
