    NBA 2K 16 pre order---No VC purchase or bonus


    Unclear if this is happening with everyone. Did not receive any standard pre-order bonuses. Also made VC purchases, but they are not showing in game. Any help is appreciated.

    So I pre-ordered NBA 2k16 in August, and I still haven't gotten my pre-order bonuses. I have contacted Xbox and 2K many times and no one has helped. What do I do?

    Just to clarify, are you referring to the 35,000 VC bonus? If so, you should have access to this bonus immediately. You can find the steps on how to redeem the the bonus content on 2K Support's How

    So i see the 35,000 VC available, but not seeing the 10,000 VC for pre-order , purchased VC or the MyTEAM packs.

    NBA2k16 "Purchasing VC is not available at this time, please try again later"

    Yes. I've been trying to get this taken care of for the last 4 days. I also did not receive my pre-order bonus. Purchased 35,000 VC on Sunday, contacted Xbox Support and 2K Support after it said "Purchase Cancelled" and charged my credit card anyways. The
    very next day after talking with 2K Support they suggested I try purchasing more VC so I tried purchasing 5,000 VC and the same issue occurred. They have yet to refund me or add the VC into my account.
