    Hi Santos!

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. When it comes to a strict NAT type, you can use our

    Xbox One Multiplayer Game solution
to help get you a better NAT for use on your console. What I personally recommend you try first is to power cycle your console and network hardware simultaneously for no less than 5 minutes to see if you can't get an open
NAT, then run through the wizard to try other options, like port forwarding.

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Unplug the network hardware device.
    3. Wait 5 minutes, then plug your network hardware back in and wait for all the lights to come back on.
    4. Plug the console power cable back in.
    5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
I hope that this helps out and please let us know the results.

    Hello Santos777v,

Thank you for keeping us updated. Port forwarding is a solution for this scenario. The

    Xbox website
contains a list of all the ports that need to be opened. In order to port forward, the make and model of the router must be known. An example of this is the Netgear(make) R9000(model). Once the router information has been gathered, we recommend
    utilizing the
    port forward website
in order to complete this process. A very important part of the process is setting up a static IP address. This ensures that the IP address of the console will not change. Therefore, the ports that are opened for the Xbox's IP address will
remain open. Be sure to let us know the results!

What have you tried? Usually, opening your NAT involves some port forwarding from your router.

You will need to figure out how to access the settings of your router. Once you do, you will need to:

    1. Set up a static IP for your Xbox One.

    2.
    Assign the proper ports
to your Xbox One's static IP address.

    Hope this helps!

UPnP may still be engaged. There are three conflicting settings in a router; UPnP, Port Forwards/Port Triggers and DMZ. Make sure to have only one of those set.

port forward, port trigger, upnp, or dmz (only one, disable the others or verify disabled by default.

If you use port forwarding or port triggering use port 3074 and also 3075 and 3076 (last two are specific to cod games)

DMZ will provide the lowest latency and is easiest to setup.

Regardless of what you use unplug router/ turn off for 30 seconds then turn back on, and do the same with the xbox.

Also make sure to setup a static ip/ reserved ip in the router dhcp (if that is what you use)
