NAT Type unavalible and Randomly Dsiconnect from account

so this has been happening for a couple of months randomly my xbox one s will disconnect from the wifi and say NAT Type unavalible and sometimes when im playing it signs me out and i have to keep trying to sign in after a couple of errors i have tried restart
my xbox and nothing,i have tried doing different ports and nothing, i tried using alternet mac address and it works but then it disconnects again everything in my house coonects perfectly fine and icantconect wired because its in a part of my house where i
can only plug in one at a time and i have restarted my router and it does nothing

please help i cant play with friends at all!

Thanks for your post, sometimes internet service providers can update their devices remotely for security reasons, when this happens its possible that these updates can block protocols needed for Xbox Live connectivity. Are you receiving any messages when
you test your connection along the lines of UPnP disabled or Teredo is unable to qualify? If so it may be good to check with your service provider about these protocols being enabled. Here's a link for more info and troubleshooting:

Do you have just one modem/router from your ISP or do you have an additional one connected to it? If so, there could be an issue with the configuration there. If you're able to I would try using a wired connection, moving the Xbox & router closer together,
etc. to see if it makes any difference. It may also be worth while to have your ISP check your connection and/or replace your current modem/router.

Thanks for the reply! It sounds like you're having issues with network connectivity to your Xbox. I recommend to try the using the

Xbox One Disconnect Solution like XBF Ezra mentioned above.

If the problem persists, try create a static IP for the console,
and port forwarding on the network
configuration settings for a better connection.
