Hello, I have the exact same router and I cannot find the article that gave me this fix and I know this is over a month late but hopefully this helps.

The problem believe it or not is actually the router's firmware. I downgraded from Netgear's website and it ended up working perfectly for me. Just search downgrading netgear firmware on google and then you should find a few links that will help. ONLY DOWNLOAD
DIRECTLY FROM NETGEAR! My current firmware that I am on which fixed the problem is 1.0.4.28_10.1.54. Again I have the exact same Netgear x6 R8000 Tri band router and I was experiencing the same issue with Nat Type Unavailable. This fixed all my problems! Good

My understanding of this at the moment is that a small groups of Xbox players are having this issue.

Reasons this could be would likely be a Xbox update, Microsoft Server Update/Maintenance.

I haven't found any other correlation outside this having happened todays prior to my post.

I know i have problems to i have unpn enable not successful very weird i check every thing i hope when next console comes out i hope that should be fix

same bro i feel u it started 2 days ago i tried everything too hella pissed my ps4 on the same network works fine with nat 2, when i see the teredo error i wanna sell my xbox tbh
