    Hello Community,

    I ask this question in the Microsoft forum already, but i was told to ask it here in the Xbox forum, so here is my question / problem.

    After several hours of searching without success i wanted to go to the forum myself and ask the question to you. For some time now I've had the wish to play Forza Horizon 4 again, unfortunately this is only possible locally, because the multiplayer doesn't
    work because of the NAT type. After visiting several forums and hours of debugging I noticed that I don't have the Microsoft tunneling adapter. Neither in the "Show hidden devices", nor in the legacy hardware under the point "Microsoft". Also the commands
    "netsh interface Teredo set state type=default" or similar did not help me. I hope somebody of you can help me.

    P.s Screenshots are in german, but you get the idea.

    Hi Erprobungsstufenkoordinator,

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue concerning Teredo. Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers, and to facilitate connectivity between
    devices behind routers that use network address translation (NAT). Without a Teredo IP address, you’ll be unable to use party chat or do multiplayer gaming on Xbox Live and getting an open NAT. Generally, this is a setting in your router or PC that can
    be toggled on/off and is not a Microsoft specific protocol.

    To get your Teredo to qualify, I would recommend the troubleshooting solutions available from the following support articles to get yourself back on the track:

    NAT type on Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify"

    Xbox Live server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked

    Give the solutions and troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

    Well thanks for replying, but ive done all those steps yesterday, but my big problem is that i cannot find my teredo in the devices manager and neither in the legacy hardware as shown in the screenshots.
