Nat type says teredo is unable to qualify.

I have went through just about all the suggestions the settings give me to fix this issue and its still saying it. I can quick fix it but it'll return back to this setting after a bit and it really messes with my cod gameplay. All other games seem fine. So if there is a quick dummy fix or someone to possibly help me and make sure I'm doing everything right.

Nat Type says Teredo is unable to qualify. Server connectivity says blocked.

Press the Start button , select Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking, and look for NAT Type under Xbox Live multiplayer.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Note: Try to go through the steps one by another, if the first does not solve the issue, move to the next!

Thank you for the suggestion, I did find out that "Teredo is unable to qualify" however all the solutions on the "NAT type on Windows displays "Teredo is unable to qualify" Microsoft page did not work, and I still cannot connect to Horizon life, could this be a problem on their end?
