    NAT stuck on strict saying UPNP not successful with DMZ and UPNP enabled


    Hello, for the past few days I have been on my Xbox and my NAT is stuck on strict, which is a big issue currently. I have gone on my router, port triggered every port I saw the Xbox site say to open, I have done DMZ for my Xbox, I have set up a static IP for it, I have cleared the MAC Address, I have changed the ports, and have done about every other thing to fix it, to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what's wrong or how to fix it?

    I have called my ISP and they did some stuff on my router which fixed it, so im all good now. Thanks for the help everyone!

    Ive had the same router since 09, and it wasnt new then, so im looking into one currently
    Definitely upgrade your router to latest gateway. A lots changed since 2009.

    I had issues with 2014 manufactured network hardware, replaced it and haven't had a problem since.

    Check the the link I provided earlier, but go to the Advanced Multiple consoles section.

    More than likely there is a conflict with how the router/modem is set up. You may need to reconfigure them.

    If you are not confident you can reconfigure them so that multiple consoles can be used, contact your ISP.
