Tenho um ps4 e um xbox one, no ps4 consigo jogar online, já no xbox fica NAT RESTRITA, no site da microsoft fica mandando mexer no roteador. E pra provar que não precisa disso, deixando offline 4 vezes e testando a NAT segurando os botões LT + LB + RT +
RB até o final do teste, fica NAT Aberta. Acredito que precise de alguma atualização no Xbox que a microsoft deveria fazer. Alguém tem uma solução para esse problema?

Sorry to hear it. If you turn off the Router and the NAT then switches to open it suggests your problem lies with the Router itself. You should try either a direct connection to your modem or open the ports listed at this link https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/network-ports-used-xbox-live on
your router. If you have trouble doing this then there's a link to an instructional port forward site

Veja se está tudo Ok com sua Nat, se não está restrita ou algo do tipo, as vezes pode estar interferindo também.

Not behind a NAT or not behind a cone nat?

Not behind a NAT means you are connected to a bridged router or DMZ or Modem. A Modem doesn't have NAT.

So the test says your NAT is open because you are not NATted
