NAT code, no party connectivity

Status code: 0x0000040002000064

wont establish a connection with parties and I cannot fix it. Watched videos on how to fix it. Nothing works.

seems like an xbox issue at the moment with party chat. Although they have not made it public but a lot of people are having the same issue

go to network advanced settings clock the ports option and manually change it from the drop down list to the next one and see if it works...that just made it work for me after 2 days of being disconnected in the party
