Nat Bugada No Fortnite

Hi,

there are a couple of things to try:

1) can you please goto setting/system/storage and clear the cache and delete the save game under fornite.

2) have you deleted the game and then re-installed it fresh ?? this maybe a good option.

3) Have you checked the settings in game to make sure they are all setup right - please do this as well
