    Narrator wont turn off in Forza Horizon 4


    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

    When playing Forza Horizon 4 the narrator talks in the menus, however it does NOT talk anywhere else on the xbox.

    The narrator setting is OFF and this still happens.

    I have checked the setting in "Easy of Access": Narrator, and the Narrator is OFF.

    I have tried the power button and clicked the narrator button - "Do you want to turn the narrator on?", and clicked NO.

    I have tried turning the narrator on and off in both the "Easy of access" menu and the power button menu, and I still hear the narrator in Forza Horizon 4.

    I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling - issue persists.

    I have held the power button down on the console until it switches off, pulled the power out for 10min and rebooted, the issue persists.

    This issue is ONLY on Forza Horizon 4. I have tested it with other games and have no problems.

    My console is up to date and I have no updates pending in the game or on the console.

    OS Version: 10.0.19041.3503 (rs_xbox_release_2007.200709-1200)

    Please could someone kindly assist.

    FH4 narrator

    I was having the same problem, and it was not the xbox narrator. I figured it out!

    Press the xbox home button.

    Go to settings.

    Go to ease of access.

    Go to game transcription.

    Then unselect "let games read to me"

    I can't turn off narrator inside forza horizon 4 , i have searched every forum.

    How do you turn off narrator in Gears 5, it's not on one the xbox so is fine on all other games except Gears 5. It's so annoying and infuriating that I can't find a solution, please help.

    The "Narrator"....

    Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

    2.Go down to the fifth tab and select Settings.

    3.Scroll left and select the default option, All Settings.

    4.The bottom option in Settings is Ease of Access. Scroll down to it and then scroll right to find and select Narrator.

    5.The focus will default to the area where you can turn narrator on and off again. Press the A button on your controller to turn the narrator on. To turn it off, press the A button again.
