Narrator/voice over on xbox 360 movies

Hi guys just wondering if anyone knows how to turn off the voice over/Narrator describing eveything that goes on in the movies i try and watch on my xbox 360 movies/tv?

Narrator isn't a feature for Xbox 360 so it must be in the movie itself. Is this a movie you got from the Microsoft store, or is it a DVD?

Was there a main menu for the movie at the very beginning? If so try going to that menu and check to make sure you haven't accidently selected the "descriptive audio" or "commentary" feature.

Could it also be possible that if you did buy it from Microsoft, that you may have purchased a special edition of the movie by accident?

Let us know here if any of this may work. Worst case scenario is maybe asking for a

There is no way to turn it off. You should contact
Xbox Support.

The Xbox 360 doesn’t have the option to turn the Narrator on; that is exclusive to the One consoles.

Thankyou to all I figured that was the case. I did purchase it on the Microsoft store. And have asked for a refund.

I now have access to Movies again - which would be great, except that I rented 'Escape Room', and now it has a voice that is narrating every single thing that goes across the screen. Xbox 360 is not supposed to have the narrator option, and I can't shut
it off. Is this another glitch? I'm getting frustrated at not being able to get help.
