    Narrator issue


    Hi,

    I'm having an issue with the narrator on my Xbox One. Every time i start up my xbox and load a game the narrator starts. I don't have the narrator option selected and i have tried 3 console resets.

    I think it maybe a bug in the software.

    Any one else seeing this or somehow managed to resolve?

    Hello Antdat1, you belong to some Insider ring, because in the normal update not last week we have no reports related to the narrator, click on the link below and make sure your Xbox has the latest unstable version installed.

    Hi,

    try this

    If you're using a controller, press and hold the Xbox button until it vibrates, then press the Menu button . (Press them again to
    turn off Narrator.) Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Ease of Access >
    Narrator to turn it on or
    off.

    What movie you experiencing this issue with?

    Is the narration in the movie itself or from the xbox?

    OK. Issue solved! It seems that the narrator fonction went on for no particular reason. To disable this go to settings-all settings-ease of acces-narrator. Big thanks to the live chat support!!!
