As of 8/15/2020, 11:51:06 AM there has been an
Xbox Live Service Alert for "Purchase and Contetn Usage".

I recommend that you wait a bit longer and attempt to try this once more once the issue is resovled. You can even select the option to be notifed once the alert is over if you sign in with your account.

I hope this was able to clarify any confusion this might have caused.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to use a subscription you purchased.

I would first verify that you make sure that the system is correctly identifying your subscription by visiting the

Services and subscriptions page.

Once you verify that your subscription is correctly on your account, I would recommend that you

remove your account and re-add it onto your console.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select System > Settings >
   Account > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select
   Remove to confirm.
4. When you're finished, select Close.
   

You can then proceed to add your account once more. Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!
