Comprei recentemente um x one e hoje fui testar o leitor dele coçando um dvd pra assistir. Assim que inseri o disco o x box levou para o app Blu-ray Player, na Store, porém ao apertar obter, aparece um erro e o app não baixa. Depois de algumas tentativas
aparece que já tenho o app, mas ao selecionar instalar ele dá erro de novo com a mensagem: Tentar novamente mais tarde. Ocorreu um erro de nossa parte.

Tô bastante decepcionado com isso. Comprei o console pensando também nos meus DVDs físicos.

Alguém sabe o que pode ser feito? Obrigado.

[Translation - i recently bought an x one and today i went to test his player by scratching a dvd to watch. As soon as I inserted the disc, the x box took to the Blu-ray Player app, in the Store, however when pressing get, an error appears and the

Set up and install the Blu-ray and DVD player app on Xbox

To watch Blu-ray or DVD movies on your Xbox console, you first need to install the Blu-ray Player app. To install the app, choose one of the following options.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Home, and then select Store.

Select Search and enter Blu-ray in the search bar. Select the Blu-ray Player app when it appears in the list of results.

Select Install to download and install the app.

Insert a Blu-ray or DVD disc into your Xbox.

Select the Blu-ray Player app when it appears.

On the Blu-ray Player app details page, select Install.

Your disc should start playing automatically.

After the app is installed, you can watch Blu-ray or DVD movies by inserting the disc into your Xbox console and selecting Blu-ray Player on the Home screen, or by finding it under My games & apps

Is the disc a blu ray ? I read you need to install a blu ray app from the online store.

Hi Jeremy,

I have uninstalled the app - inserted the disc and it recommend that I install the Blu-ray Player. So it does know its a Blu-ray disc it is just unable to load it.
