    Meu xbox travou, desligou e ligou novamente apresentando a tela de solução de problemas. Tentei todos os metodos de reparo do suporte paras os erros E203 e E101 sem solução, agora, quero acionar a garantia para reparo e tambem
    nao consigo. Ajuda? Serviço e substituição de dispositivos

    Hey Vinn3R

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to complete a Service order for you device.

    I would first recommend using an alternate internet browser, or perhaps a different platform altogether to see if this allows you to complete your order.

    If these options do not help with completing this Service order, you can

    Contact Xbox Customer Support     as they would be able to complete this order on your behalf.

    I hope this is of some use to you.
