Hello, I hope this is the right place to post.

I'm having a problem redeeming my name your game code that I got when purchasing the Xbox One. I started the process and had already been almost done with the it. I had put in my 16 digit code already and was on the review screen. My father who I was
helping set it up decided he wanted to put it on a different xbox account that the one we had already started the process on. I exited and re-entered the process and tried to use my 16 digit code again but it wouldn't work. It says that the code has already
been used. So overall, I did not finish the process the first time and did not get my 25 digit code for the game I chose(Rise Of The TOMB RAIDER). And after ten-entering I couldn't restart the process using a different account like he wanted because that
16 digit code is now showing it as used with the previous account.

Is there a way I can get a new 16 digit code for name your game or the 25 digit code confirmation email to use on the account he wanted it on?

Unfortunately, you cannot get a replacement for the 16 digit promotion code. Its a one time process. Also, just to let you know. Even if you have completed the process on the wrong account(not the intended one to use), you'll receive the code and you can
use that to the correct account. It was never mentioned that you cannot use the code that will be sent to the email of another account.

 

I never got the 25 digit code for any account because I never finished the whole process.

Then scroll down and fill out the form. Expect a feedback/response via email within 72 hours regarding your issue.
