    I had bought a xbox one bundle with the free game and i had put the promo code for the free game and choose which game i wanted and the game ne er showed up on my xbox and i never got the email about it but i did put in the code five to six days after i
    had bought the xbox and i have contacted support and they cant seem to help me, so i was wondering what do i do to get this game that i used my promo code for on my console without having to go through all this trouble again.

    I had the same problem. Another thread says the correct address is
    microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame    . I have no idea why the address on the card with the console doesn't work.
