    Name Your Game not working super bummed


    I bought a new consol and went to
    www.xbox.com/nameyourgame     and followed the instructions and they said that they would send the 25 digit code within 5 to 10 minutes. I never received the email or code. Ive been talking to support on the phone as well as chatting online and no one can help
    me. Long story short my son is pretty bummed out and ive waisted a lot of time and effort trying to play the game or get any answers.
