i bought an xbox one 1 tb yesterday and got 2 game cards as a bonus, 1 of them was name your game and sadly the 16 digit code was invalid when i scratched it off,went into store and they had no replacement cards

I also had this problem , your screen showing "invalid name"probably and since another player should already be using your gametag on that server or game.

If it's the Name Your Game bundle, you'll need to follow the link I posted above and fill out the form thete. If the codes are actually for the games, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle from for an exchange

Hello @ctlnwrocl!

It depends on the name you are using. Are you putting any special characters into the name field or a space maybe? Our suggestion here is to try changing the upper and lower case letters and change it up a bit and see if that works because the name your trying to use could have been used at one point and belonging to a banned account.
