    I was told by customers service to talk to you all

    depends on the question

    If it's refunds or free name change.

    Refunds are handled only through support.

    There is no free name change if you don't have a randomized name upon creation.

    If it's enforcement well there is only one answer and it's not forums.

    Free gamertag change?

    I got a forced name change and I talked to support. They said they would back me up to get a name change since I didn't get a refund nor a free name changer.

    You can try contacting support and speak to billing, but generally gamertag changes are final. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Hello, you will not receive a ban or suspension for requesting a refund, however your refund may be denied by Microsoft's refund department.

    When I applied for an elden ring refund it denied because I had "gone over my limit for refunds this year" when I have not refunded anything in 2022

    Refunds periods are not from January to December, it's from the date of the first refund, for example if I refund something today, it will be as a refund made on the current year until March next year
