    my xbox live gold is not working and i dont know how to fix it. Beacause of this i am unable to play online games. Whenever iload into one,a screen pops up telling me tobuy xbox live gold even though i have it

    Live gold is not working

    I subscribed it is not supposed to be over till 27/January and it is stated on my billing history but I can't join multiplayer games or start and join parties....it has been like this since I subscribed

    I bought a gift

    card of 3 months I put the code in the xbox and it appeared all right so

    soon after it did not enable the live and I'm without live gold

    Did the update break anyone else's console?

    Last night myxbox one wouldn't get on gold live and do the new update even though my internet was working. I'm hoping when I turn it on this morning it didnt fry too!!! New update caused me issues as well

    First off are you an Xbox Live Gold user if so I would recommend calling Microsoft at 1800-4-MyXBox and they can walk you through on how to fix the probelm better.
