MyVIP Star Rank not upgrading and Pre-ordering for punchcard not updating

The past few months I've noticed my MyVIP Star Rank not moving after purchases. I've been stuck at 38%. Recently I purchased 4 games over the past few weeks and I'm still at 38%. Why is this?

Also, there is a MyMission for pre-ordering 3 games and you get rewarded with 15,000 reward credits. I pre-ordered Call of Duty, Dishonored 2 and Watchdogs 2 except Watchdogs 2 doesn't show up as a game I pre-ordered.

Can someone fix these problems please?

Xbox Live Rewards

Hi Mark Polo. Your eligible purchases are going towards your MyVIP progress. Since you do not have a Star rank, you do not earn payback on purchases yet. Once you unlock a Star rank, you'll begin to earn payback. Your pre-orders are getting applied to the
Games on Demand punchcard. To earn Credits, you'll need to complete the punchcard by pre-ordering three qualifying titles within the offer timeframe. To see what offers are available to you and the progress of the live offers, visit your

What counts toward VIP star ranking?

I pre-ordered a game and it counted toward the pre-order punchcard. Will this pre-order amount also count toward the total for obtaining a VIP star rank? If not, can the allocation of that pre-order amount be altered so it goes toward the VIP star rank
instead of the punchcard?

From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items.
However, the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.

Since your purchases were pre-orders, they were not eligible for MyVIP, and did not increase progress.

Also from the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen
titles, you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Since you purchased Watchdogs 2 yesterday, it has not yet been processed and Rewarded.

Hi abdula karkuki. We looked into your issue and it looks like your last pre-order was not calculated into the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. We're making this adjustment and you will see your Credits pending by the end of the week. Pre-orders do not
qualify for MyVIP. Once you unlock a Star rank, you'll earn payback on qualifying purchases.

For the MyVip star boost all MyVip terms and conditions apply, therefore pre-orders (such as Halo Wars 2) is not eligible for the promotion.

However, Halo Wars 2 would have applied toward your Games on Demand Punchcard so if you pre-order 2 more eligible titles you would receive the 15,000 reward bonus.

The Games on Demand pre-order punchcard is the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. We see that you have been correctly awarded a punch for your For Honor pre-order. The body of the page is just for displaying standard edition pre-orders, and is not the punchcard.

As it states in our FAQ, pre-orders, in game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the bonus star offer. You have received the correct progress for your Rainbow Six purchase. Keep in mind that all activity
takes up to 96 hours to be processed.
