MyVip Star Rank not updating

I'm aware that the My Vip Star Rank is currently undergoing construction for 2017 but have just seen that mine has not updated since the 1/9/15! I'm ashamed to say that I'm most likely rank 5 after all the purchases since then , though I show as rank 1.
please look into this for me, seems how rank effects purchases ill feel cheated if this Is not rectified.

I posted earlier this week and was advised the following by

MyVIP based off this new data. While this has not yet been updated live to users, I can confirm that your data under this new hotfix is being accurately Rewarded with MyVIP progress. We were incorrectly Rewarding you for past pre-orders, which have since been
removed. Apologies for the confusion. You should see this correct MyVIP progress within 2-4 days.

I now login and see my status is from 97% down to 30% or less.

Can you advise what happened as I was advised the correct MyVIP should be displayed yet now im missing a huge chunk of rewards!!

I'm looking at my account now which is showing 95% now with credits pending however it doesn't seem to show my recent purchase which was last week which should shift me into the next bracket. (3 Star)

Can someone please advise?

From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since the majority of your purchases are consumables (in-game currencies like Crowns, Zen, etc.) they were not eligible for MyVIP and may be why you were expecting a higher MyVIP progress.

Hello brent3000,

We only recently deployed a hotfix for this issue as of this morning. You should now see the correct MyVIP progress as well as September payback based off of this corrected MyVIP level. Apologies for the confusion. You may be expecting a higher MyVIP due
to a previous issue where pre-orders were adding to MyVIP progress as a result of an error with our September offer that awarded MyVIP progress for pre-orders. That offer was incorrectly awarding for pre-orders made throughout the whole year instead of just
September. Due to this, you may have been seeing an inflated MyVIP level due to your pre-order from the 15th and 22nd incorrectly awarding progress as well as your pre-order on May 22nd. Your most recent purchase (October 10th) was similarly not added to progress
because it was a pre-order.

As stated in the FAQ:

What will happen to my MyVIP Star Rank in Microsoft Rewards?

MyVIP Star Ranks are not part of the Microsoft Rewards program. If you are an Xbox Live Rewards member with a MyVIP Star Rank and you transition to Microsoft Rewards, you will receive special benefits in Microsoft Rewards for a promotional period through
December 31, 2018. Click here to learn more.

Since we have not yet transitioned to Microsoft Rewards, there is no reflection of your MyVIP Star Rank in Microsoft Rewards.

Hello Kentarus,

Currently, physical purchases like consoles are not eligible for MyVIP and will not increase MyVIP star ranking.
