MyVIP Star Rank not updated over 96 hours

Hi,

Following my purchase of Order number 4494151742 over 96 hours ago my star rank progress has not updated.

Please look into this.

As it says underneath the tracker on the MyRewards page:

Please note that it can take up to 96 hours for your MyVIP progress to appear. If you successfully complete this offer, your new 2017 MyVIP Star Rank will be updated on this page by March 7, 2017. You can read more about this offer here.

This is also stated in the FAQ, which is in the link provided there. Since it is not yet March, it is too early to see the extra star.

 

Xbox rewards hasn't updated its been more 96 hours?

my Xbox reward star rank hasn't updated it has been more 96 hours I bought a 100.00 add on on Saturday. It's now Saturday a couple of days later

 

In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum. Keep in mind that preorders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions do not count towards VIP.

 

Are you saying the MyRewards does NOT like us preordering items (not crediting upon release), going against the whole pre-order movement that games companies are constantly pushing?

 

All I'm saying is that that is per their terms and conditions

 

Which in that case supports my aforementioned hypothesis.
