Yet i've not had a rebate for any of my purchases for well over 6 months?? .. But why..?

This is my latest transactions for reward points...

(Halo 5 Guardians is the last game i got any for, only because it was an offer)

But i have purchased lot's of games since between this period, and none of them have any of the 4% rebate? - And although it says i'm Rank 2, I've been rank 2 for years...

Some of my purchases since my last reward points:

Call of Duty IW Legacy Edition £79.99

Far Cry Primal £17.99

Fifa 17 £49.49

Need for Speed £32.99

Rainbow Six Seige £45.64

Fallout 4 £49.99

Call of Duty 3 £54.99

All of these have been after Halo 5: Guardians......

Thats £331.08.. So i should have something in return surely.. 4% is Close to £13.24

Rewards aren't showing up for MyVIP?

Hi Princesskit10. The award you see is for completing the First Purchase offer. To earn payback on your purchases, you need to have a Star Rank. You currently are 84% on your way to unlocking a Star Level. Your current eligible purchase amount is $254. To

How much left to next rank?

As mentioned in our sticky on the forums, we will not be re-calibrating MyVIP ranks this year, so you will not lose your current progress. However, if you are still interested in knowing your total MyVIP spending this year, with your purchases on the 25th
you are currently at 94% progress towards your next rank. The minimum spend threshold is the minimum amount you must spend in a year to reach that rank. Therefore, you must spend 600 GBP to reach your third star and 900 GBP to reach four star MyVIP. Note that
the threshold listed is the amount required to reach each rank, so yes, if you spend 600 GBP to reach rank 3, you would only have to spend 300 GBP more to reach rank 4, since the minimum requirement for that rank is 900 GBP.

We have reviewed your purchase history and can confirm an error for your account. Here is what we found:

Call of Duty 3, Fallout 4, and Need for Speed were all part of your 11/30 Credit event.

It appears that your December purchase of Rainbow Six Siege was incorrectly allocated toward the Games on Demand offer, and we will adjust your account for the missing VIP payback.

Your purchase of FIFA was included in your September payback. Since your subscription was promotional, you did not qualify for Gold status for that month, which is why you were Rewarded at a free level.

Since MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending midway through the following month, it is too early to see Credits for your Far Cry Primal purchase. Your purchase of Infinite Warfare was a pre-order, and therefore not eligible
for MyVIP. However, it did award one punch on your Games on Demand punchcard.

Regarding why you are at rank 2, it sounds like you are not aware of the VIP adjustments that took place in September 2014 and 2015. We reset your account and placed you in your VIP ranking based on your spending from the previous year. Due to this, you
were placed in MyVIP rank 2, and your total eligible spending was reset.

You should expect to see the adjustment for your Rainbow Six/December MyVIP payback by the end of next week. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Currently, physical purchases like consoles are not eligible for MyVIP and will not increase MyVIP star ranking.

Hello Oddney,

We see that you did not reach MyVIP Star 4, and therefore stayed at VIP Star 3. The 4th star required £900. Since your total eligible spending was beneath this amount, you did not rank up before the re-calibration. Your 97% was the amount you were at after
your Dead Rising 4 purchase.
