Haven't gotten the credits for this either and i'm not getting reward credits for purchases i made in december with my MyVIP 1 star rank.

Support will double check them for you, but keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders, and another other content that is eligible towards another offer on the site will not count towards your rebate.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Therefore, your most recent purchase and your purchase in April did not award MyVIP payback since they were pre-orders.

Your purchase in July was beneath the $10 required to award payback, and was therefore reserved to help complete a $10 amount in a future month.

Your purchase in August went towards the Summer Spotlight offer. Since purchases cannot go towards offers and MyVIP, it went towards progressing that offer.

Your other recent purchase in September was valid for MyVIP payback. However, MyVIP is awarded as a monthly whole and placed as pending in your account by the 15th of the following month. Since it is not yet the 15th of October, it is too early to see that
purchase as payback.

How does MyVIP work?

For every £6 you spend during the month on eligible items in the Xbox Store, you'll earn Reward Credits based on your current MyVIP Star Rank. Any outstanding funds will be rolled over into the next calendar month (i.e. if you spent £52.20 in July, you would
earn xx% of £48, with the existing £4.20 rolling over into August's balance).

Therefore a >£6 amount was carried over from December and added to your January payback, which is why your January and February payback's are the same. In March, you elected to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer. You do not get both offer and payback Credits,
as stated in our FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check again soon to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

You received 6000 Credits for completing the Simply Rewarding offer with your purchases in March. This was placed as pending on March 14th and was a part of the March 29th deposit. Since you do not seem to be fully aware on the features of this program,
for future reference you can review all Credit and Deposit events on the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page.
