MyVIP star rank 4

Hello, I purchased $804 worth of games on the month of November with 4 Stars on MyVIP which is 8% back on all purchases, I received 56,486 credits, correct me if I'm wrong but is this 8% back of $800? Am I missing something or am I calculating incorrectly,
if am I apologize for this post but can I get some assist please really appreciate it, thank you.

Rewards not converted and paid in since July this year

I have 18,800 Credits which should have been converted to cash. Please can you rectify this. Thanks

Support will double check and post back, but keep in mind that if any of the purchases counted towards another offer on the site, they would not count towards your VIP. Also, in-game consumables and preorders do not count.

8% of $800 would be $64 (64,000 credits) so it sounds like there is something you purchased that didn't count.

 

You right, I purchased Forza 7 Ultimate Edition ($100) which it was part of the YOLO rewards, so those $100 did not count towards the 8% back, am I correct? so I only received 8% from $700 which is 56,000.

As stated in the FAQ, you cannot get Credits for both an offer and for MyVIP:

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for your % back on purchases with your
MyVIP Star Rank.

Since your purchase of Forza 7 went towards YOLO, it did not also award payback. You also did not get payback for your Assassin's Creed Origins consumable purchase since consumables are not eligible for MyVIP.
