MyVIP resetted or not working?

No. VIP ranks reset each year. You have to spend the same, or more, each year to either maintain your star level or move on to the next level. If you spend less, you can drop to a lower level.

Are you aware that Myvip reset on January 1st, 2017 as part of the yearly reset? If you have not received MyVip since then my guess is you were not aware of that change. If you do still have at least 1 star after the reset then the staff will have to check
to see why there has not been a deposit.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

There is currently an issue processing user purchases correctly for MyVIP. We have determined the root cause for this issue and are working on deploying a hotfix, which should be available by the end of the month. Apologies for the confusion.

Ranks reset each year. In order to maintain or raise your rank, you need to spend the same amount or more each year. Thanks will reset again on January 1st. So you would need to spend enough to reach level 4 by December 31 in order to be put back at level
4.
