Discus and support MyVIP platinum in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have recently purchased 75 platinum for warframe through the MyVIP system but I am yet to receive the email with the code in.     I have recently purchased 75 platinum for warframe through the MyVIP system but I am yet to receive the email with the code in. It has been a week now and I keep on checking my emails every day.

    MyVIP rewards not received

    I tried to redeem 3x 75 Platinum for Warframe from the MyVIP Vault on 02/04/2018 and haven't received them, despite them showing as redeemed.

    Where is my stuff

    my credits havent been deposited and nor does it give me the option to request them deposited they now amount 13k but was just over 12k when it hit 30th .

    I also claimed many rewards using my gems

    despite saying redeemed i dont have any

    it promted me to give my current email upon using the gems which

    i did so can i get some help i asked someone through live chat but

    they aint got a scooby and the twitter help is a joke

    Is there a way to backup or transfer the original xbox DLC?

    By the way, about the Platinum versions of both systems, The Platinum edition of RTCW for the PC does not equate to the Platinum Hits version of RTCW Tides of War on the xbox.

    The platinum edition of the PC version has Enemy Territory, and all the new maps that they included when they updated the game from 1.0 to 1.33, and the fact that the platinum edition is really the 1.4 and latest version of RTCW.

    The platinum HITS version of RTCW tides of war on xbox is exactly the same as the normal version. Platinum hits is the xbox's version of Playstation's Greatest hits, which is a budget range of popular titles.

    Actually, I'm not even sure that this is the case on the PS3. I have a platinum trophy for Fallout 3, and a completion percentage at around 54%, but I got that platinum before the DLC was released. On games with DLC already, I'm not sure.

    I guess I'll find out soon; I just beat ME3 on insanity and I'm about 2300 kills away from a Platinum trophy there (assuming the fact that I didn't buy existing DLC isn't a barrier to the platinum trophy)....

    Turns out you can get a platinum trophy if you don't have DLC. I just platinumed ME3 this morning.

    However, it is worth noting that even though I have a platinum, my completion ratio sits at 97% when you look at my trophies...
