MyVIP Not Crediting

I have been a reward member for a while. I posted a question some time ago of which wasn't addressed. Namely my account not being credited as it should. My concern is threefold. The first issue is that my MyReward VIP bonus is not rebating me correctly.
As I fall within the 8% rebate "bracket" the amount I have been rebated just doesn't seem to add up. My second problem- I partook in the most recent Games on Demand promotional and haven't been credited anything. Lastly, I cannot seem to update the avatar
icon on my Xbox reward profile. My brother changed my avatar years ago as a prank and I cannot change it back. Any insight on this would be appreciative as it is quite embarrassing. Sorry for the lengthy essay. Any help would be most appreciated.

Luggage not crediting

When I open all luggage the suitcase disappears without rewards being credited.

Rewards not crediting?!

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. However,
the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.

Therefore, your purchases of game consumables and pre-orders in recent months did not award payback.

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between October 1, 2016 00:01 UTC and December 31, 2016 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.comor
another world time database to determine local time.

Since only your pre-order of Skyrim was within the offer period, you only received one punch, and therefore have not yet completed the punchcard.

Regarding your avatar, we pull that information from a 360 data stream. While we hope to change over to pull that information from the Xbox One, currently the only way to change that information is from your Xbox 360.

It sounds like you are confused about our currencies. Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same as MyVIP Gems. Gems are a type of currency that can be used to claim items from the MyVIP Vault at (https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/myvip/vault/).
Rewards Credits are the Credits that are deposited into your account as currency.

Apologies for the confusion. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP Credits, but they are eligible for MyVIP gems, as you stated.

MyVIP payback on purchases is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending Credit halfway through the following month. Therefore it is too early to see your MyVIP Credit for your purchase.

There are two ways to earn Rewards Credits. One is the completion of the offers found on your MyMissions page. The only way to receive Credits for non-offer purchases is through MyVIP payback. However, in order to be eligible for MyVIP payback, you must
have at least one MyVIP star. To be promoted to your first star, you must make $300 in eligible purchases. Since you did not reach your first MyVIP star until your recent purchases, you have not received any Credits for your previous purchases, since your
purchases neither completed any offers or were made with a MyVIP star. You can view your MyVIP status at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending in your account midway through the following month, it is still too early to see Credits pending for your purchases in November which earned you your first MyVIP star.
