MyVip for October 2016

September purchases did award payback in October, and were placed into your account on October 17th. They were dated as a MyVIP Gold 4 star Credit event from September 30th, and were deposited in the October 26th deposit cycle. You can review all Credit events
from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, as well as their deposit as usable currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).

Why didn't I get any MyVIP rewards in October?

At 5000 or more pending Credits, you are automatically scheduled for a deposit. In August 2016 you received a deposit of 7,900 Credits due to this, which was your last deposit. You can see a record of your past Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement
on the MyRewards page.

Regarding your MyVIP rank, in September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a part of this policy, MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the
previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Based off your eligible spending from September 2015 - December 2016, you were placed in your current MyVIP level at the end of December 2016. You
can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/)

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We only recently calculated last month's MyVIP. The Credits are now pending in your account.

Support explained in your original thread that you did not spend enough on eligible content in order to receive a VIP rebate for October. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. Also, any purchases that count towards other
offers on the site at the time, will not count towards your rebate. Preorders were only eligible for VIP rebates in September as part of a special offer.
