Mystery account linked to my PSN

When I try to connect my Microsoft account to Minecraft it gives me the error message that my PSN is already connected to one, the thing is, my PSN shouldn't be connected to any MSA because I've never connected one to it before. it doesn't tell me the username/ email/ anything about the MSA linked so I'm not able to try to find it. It's a very confusing, backwards problem. I've gone through all the articles made by Microsoft, Xbox, Mojang, even PlayStation that come close to this matter. What I need is a way to delete/unlink this random MSA from my PSN , everything I've been told to do I've tried and it hasn't helped.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to unlink the account via the Microsoft/Xbox.

In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support to ask which Microsoft account your PS account is linked to, as only they have this information and see if they can help;

Thank you so much for that and I apologize because on our Microsoft account's end there is no option for us to see what in-game accounts are linked to, it is only visible on the game support's end.

I have already contacted with Mojang and Sony and they both claim that they don't store the information about linking with Microsoft account. The other thing is that I'm sure that my Microsoft account was never linked with any other PSN account.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

According to Mojang Support: "The solution is to link the PSN ID to a different Microsoft account since the Microsoft Account you’re attempting to use is already connected to a different PSN ID. Each Microsoft account may only be linked to a single PSN ID and vice versa."

There is no option to check on our Microsoft account's page the accounts linked to our account, which means that you may need to check with Mojang if you would like to check options such as using the PSN account linked to your Microsoft account.

microsoft accounts are now permanently linked to the psn account once you make a link on psn.
