MyStats: "Years with XboX Live" is "-" always empty / not shown

Via Xbox Live Rewards the My Stats "Years with Xbox Live" is showing "-" (so nothing) for months now, but it should be the number 15. Why is this not working?

XBox Live Tenure Not appearing

Hi, I have been a member of xbox Live Gold since the beta on the original Xbox and my tenure figure should be 14 years. However when I check the 'MyStats' section it shows nothing for my years of Xbox Live Gold figure. Can you please update this to the correct
figure please?

Difficult to find player besides of US region

Same here, in Singapore. Multiplayer lobbies for Star Wars Battlefront are always empty. This is not right. We pay Xbox Live Gold to play but there are no players. It makes me not want to purchase other games with multiplayer as their lobbies might also
be empty.

Hi EMPTY. The Credits were awarded on the 6th and are in your account. You can check on your MyStatement.

The stats aren't very accurate. Some of my stats are way off the mark.

Yeah, stats are up to interpretation. I saw 4 games. I've played a lot more than 4 games. Showed one game just because I got 900 achievement score. I only played it a few weeks. It's still better than nothing, which we were getting. I've gotten quite a few
marketplace points. I'm not going to complain about MS giving me ~$15.

Not getting stats for entertainment use. The numbers given for everything else are wrong. I would like to know what were the most earned achievements and average gamerscore earned in the last month or so but six months is too long of a time period for
me to care. I also don't care what the most purchased avatar item is. That's just another opportunity for them to advertise.
