MyStatement for Mixer usage

Hi,

Following your reply on my previous post (#YOLO & Mychallenges how to see progression), you said that "and about 2 minutes and 25 seconds
of Mixer usage from 2 days in October and one in November." which can't be possible as nearly all my Mixer sessions are for multiple hours.

It looks like your tracker isn't working as intended. Can you please double check my records for "In the Mix"?

Also, I can understand that for statistic purposes you may want to close a topic as soon as possible, however you could at least wait a bit (like 48-72h) that we have read the answer before doing so. It's a bit annoying to have to open a new discussion to
follow-up on a topic, especially as you don't seem to reply to direct message (or I don't know where to check it).

We see beneath 10 minutes of app usage for multiple weeks since October. Since you have not had any consecutive weeks of 30 minutes or more of Mixer time, you have not completed this MyChallenge. The only weeks that you have more than 20 minutes of app usage
for Mixer were the first week of October and the week of March 3-9, which was the only week you had 30 minutes or more of Mixer time.

We have asked our platform to verify this usage with our data source, and they can confirm that it is accurate. They also found seven minutes in September. Regarding locking threads, we lock them since users often get confused and assume we delete threads
that they are conversing with us in, when in actuality their threads are often buried in periods of high traffic. As you request, we will leave this thread open, but cannot guarantee a prompt response.

 

My usage from your data source is invalid for sure as just my own streaming sessions were longer than those timings and I am always viewing my own stream from my PC (2 hours streamed from 09/01 to 11/30 according to Mixer Analytics).

I surely watched more than 2min here and there with all the new games released in the past couple of months.

 

I have streamed 2 hours between September and November and always watch my stream from the PC to keep an eye on the chat, so it's not possible that I only had 10 minutes altogether on that period of time.

Also I watched gameplay of several games released in the past couple of months and often play with a stream on the PC running.

Do we have to use Mixer on the Xbox itself for it to count? Because if that's the case, it's not specified in the description.

The description does state you have to use the Mixer app on the console. - Jump in mid-stream! Get started
by using the Mixer app on your Xbox for at least 30 minutes per week for four weeks straight.
