MyRwewards account reset

Like many I have seen post recently, MyRewards have reset as well. I have been a member for a while in the program and still get the monthly email statements that show my VIP rank at 1 star and my credit history as well as how many credits I earned for the
previous month. Logging in on my computer to my account, MyRewards has been completely reset and showing nothing. I recently bought Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands and should be getting 12,000 credits rewards for the purchase with the mission that is going.
How can I get this fixed to recover my account?

Halo 5 account hacked/reset

Just finished a game of halo 5 now my rank has been set to 1 all playslist have to have 10- matches to be ranked visor is constantly blue also, loading times now for arena , campaign etc.
What should I do?

Gold or silver account? because it resets to trial if your gold expires.

 

It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for it to be fixed.

Keep in mind that for the Ghost Recon offer, the credits should show as pending about 15 days after the game ships. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for that offer.

 

Thank you for the response. I just checked and it seems to have been fixed. I also completely forgot about the timing of when they post updated pending balances so thanks for the heads up on that.
