Myrewards points

I have 14,500 reward points and I've been waiting for them to be added to my account. Is there anyway to get them?

Myrewards preorder 15000 points

Last month I pre ordered battlefield 1 early enlisters deluxe edition. I bought it under the xbox myrewards and was suppose to recieve 15000 my rewards points for the purchase bu have still not recieved them. I posted about this at an earlier date on the
forums but no change.

The myrewards mission was to preorder a game before the end of 2016.

For help with the rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that in order to qualify for that offer, the games have to be preordered as physical discs from microsoftstore.com. If you preordered digitally, the purchase
would not have been eligible.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit events that placed you over the 5000 pending Credit requirement for an automatically scheduled deposit were added at the beginning of the month, you will receive them in the end of month deposit. Unfortunately, we can
only perform deposits in these mid-month and end of month deposit cycles.
