MyRewards bugged?

it says I have over seven thousand credits deposited in January, although I only have 800 credits on my credit bank? Ive checked and I've only have 80 Pence in my Microsoft balance? So unless the exchange rate is low in haven't spent or deposited them myself?
I've also got credits pending from January too? What's going on? What shall I do?

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Keep in mind that you must spend money to make some purchases, so activity like your Rainbow Six Siege currency purchase on January 21st used some of your Rewards deposit.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
