Discus and support Myrewards arent transferring to my Xbox live accoubt in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; my account says I have 61,000 points lifetime but I havw zero converted to my Xbox live account have I really not earned enough I have over a terrabyte...     my account says I have 61,000 points lifetime but I havw zero converted to my Xbox live account have I really not earned enough I have over a terrabyte in purchased games lol

    Hello LOOSECANONCOLT,

    We see multiple deposits into your account. If you sort your MyStatement on the MyRewards page by lifetime, you will be able to see the dates of these deposit events. You can then reference these dates on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your previous deposit on December 14th was used as partial payment on Call of Duty Infinite Warfare.

    Nothing cna be transfered between accounts

    the 2nd accoubt does not need to be gold unless you want to use that account for online play some games saves can be transfered however achievement s are disabled

    The clips arent uploaded. I turned auto upload off. Im trying to transfer clips from "on this Xbox" in the captures

    not from xbox live, or I'd just easily DL them to my phone

    I see the option go set a hard drive as a capture location.. I just don't know how to transfer previous clips to said capture location
