It's possible to transfer save games and data, but not through the hard drive. To transfer save games, you'll need to use the Cloud and any Xbox 360 Backward compatible games will need to be redownloaded. For more information, please check this guide for

Yeah, that was one of the first things I did after testing other games. MGS V is the only game doing it.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

• Disabled HDR on the Xbox, no change
• Disabled 4K on the Xbox, no change
• Changing colour depth on the Xbox, no change
• Swapped HDMI ports, no change
• Swapped HDMI cables, no change
• Xbox and TV hard reboots, no change
• Full reinstall of the game, no change

The issue still persists, but only with MGS V. :/
