MyDashboard shows question marks and no values

In March, all Australian Rewards Members were migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This information was available as a popup on the Rewards site as well as sent to your billing email. Therefore, your Australian Rewards Account was closed and moved
to the Microsoft Rewards program.

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you.

We see that you are still in the registration period for your account. This is shown by your MyDashboard page (https://rewards.xbox.com/mydashboard/) showing
a two day registration alert, and your MyRewards page showing a join by date of "???" since you are not yet a member. We'll check back in a few days to verify a successful registration and review that your regions are correctly matching for a transfer.

Your badges will only show on the Rewards site. They are not added to your profile. You should see a link in the upper righthand corner of the screen for "MyDashboard". You would see your badges there.

Our Rewards program can track your last 30 days of activity, and these stats can be found on your MyDashboard page (https://rewards.xbox.com/mydashboard/).
