Mycredits hasn't tranferred over

Hello, my 6000 mycredits under myrewards still hasn't transferred over to my xbox account. It said it would be put in around the 15th, but it still isn’t there on the 22nd.

Curious if this is this a common occurrence with other accounts or am I just the (un)lucky one?

I just responded to one of your other threads, but you'll need to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into your account. Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the
next month so it's too soon to see credits pending for June purchases.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

I figured since I got the 6,000 pts on the 2nd I'd get it on the next 15th.

Some stuff "tranferred" over from the 360 to the Xbone just at release of Xbone, but that probably is NOT the case any longer as stated above.
